Sorry to hear it, can you describe what room that is?
room where there is gift
Once you get in there, its suppose to lock the door and then after a short while transition to next level, where it automatically opens the door after a few seconds.
I closed door by myself

I tried if I could get stuck but I can't. if you enter the room, theres a trigger box that will start a short countdown to loading next level which then will open the door automatically.
